Web 2.0 and Social Networking for Museums, Libraries and Archives

Welcome to the wiki for the workshop on "Web 2.0 and Social Networking for Museums, Libraries and Archives". The workshop was held at the CILIP Headquarters, London on 14 July 2008, from 10.00-16.00. Details of the event are available on the UKOLN Web site.

Participants at the workshop are invited to:

  • Register for WetPaint, which will enable you (and others) to see pages you have created and edited (although note that registration is optional).
  • Familiarise themselves with the Wiki using the Test page.
  • Introduce yourself to fellow participants, and describe what they hope to gain from the workshop and topics they would like to see covered.
  • Read about the plenary talks.
  • Page for the discussion groups.
  • Use the Feedback page to provide feedback on the event

Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to say welcome to everyone using the wiki. I'm look forward to the workshop on the 14th July to really get to grips with all of this.
